Lifetime Access Terms

5.1 Meaning of Lifetime Access

“Lifetime Access” means access to the purchased Ada X Research product tier for as long as Ada X Research continues to operate and maintain that product, or a substantially equivalent successor product.

It does not mean:

  • the purchaser’s biological lifetime
  • guaranteed perpetual operation of Ada X Research
  • guaranteed perpetual availability of TradingView
  • guaranteed availability of any individual third-party platform
  • guaranteed preservation of every current feature
  • ownership of the software or intellectual property
  • access to every future product created by Ada X Research

5.2 Limited Availability

Ada X Research intends to issue no more than 15 Lifetime Access licences under this programme.

The licences are released through staged pricing periods:

  • 2026 Q2 allocation: up to five licences at USD 3,590 each
  • 2026 Q4 allocation: up to the next five licences at USD 5,590 each
  • 2027 Q1 allocation: up to the final five licences at USD 6,590 each

The 15-licence limit applies to the programme as a whole. The dates above determine the applicable pricing stage; they do not cause an unsold licence to expire.

If fewer than five licences are allocated during 2026 Q2, any remaining licences from that allocation will carry forward into the 2026 Q4 offering and will be made available at the then-current price of USD 5,590.

If licences remain available after the 2026 Q4 period, all remaining licences will carry forward into the 2027 Q1 offering and will be made available at the then-current price of USD 6,590.

If any of the 15 licences remain unallocated after the end of 2027 Q1, they may continue to be offered after that date until all 15 licences have been allocated. Any licence offered after 2027 Q1 will be priced at no less than USD 6,590, although Ada X Research may increase the price for future availability by providing clear notice before purchase.

For clarity:

  • the total number of Lifetime Access licences will not exceed 15 under this programme;
  • unused availability carries forward into the next pricing stage;
  • a licence is purchased at the price in effect on the date of purchase;
  • an earlier price is not preserved merely because a licence originated from an earlier allocation;
  • later availability is not guaranteed to begin on a specific date;
  • Ada X Research may temporarily pause sales for legal, operational, capacity, security, or third-party platform reasons.

Once all 15 licences have been validly allocated, Lifetime Access under this programme will close.

This is a genuine licence-cap and staged-pricing structure. It is not a simulated countdown, fabricated availability claim, or guarantee that any particular number of licences will remain available at a future date.

5.3 Included Access

Unless the checkout page states otherwise, Lifetime Access includes:

  • Ada / Lovelace Architecture
  • Grace / Hopper Quantum Bridge
  • Rubin Velocity Field
  • Emmy Noether Superposition
  • the complete purchased Ada X Research tier
  • private field-guide materials
  • invite-only TradingView access
  • maintenance updates to the included product
  • reasonable access support

The purchase confirmation should identify the exact included modules.

5.4 Updates

Lifetime Access includes maintenance, corrections, improvements, and ordinary updates to the purchased product while that product remains operated and maintained.

It does not automatically include:

  • entirely new standalone products
  • unrelated future modules
  • premium consulting
  • private coaching
  • institutional licences
  • live trading rooms
  • new services sold separately
  • third-party subscription costs
  • TradingView subscription fees
  • exchange data fees

If an existing module is renamed, merged, rebuilt, or replaced, the lifetime holder may receive access to a substantially equivalent successor where reasonably possible.

5.5 Third-Party Dependencies

Lifetime Access depends partly on third-party infrastructure, including TradingView.

If TradingView:

  • discontinues invite-only scripts
  • materially changes Pine Script
  • restricts the account
  • removes relevant functionality
  • changes its commercial policies
  • ceases operation

Ada X Research may provide a reasonable alternative delivery method where technically and commercially feasible.

Lifetime Access does not guarantee that a particular third-party delivery channel will remain available forever.

5.6 Personal and Non-Transferable

A Lifetime Access licence:

  • belongs to the original purchaser
  • may be connected to one authorised TradingView account
  • may not be transferred
  • may not be resold
  • may not be assigned
  • may not be inherited
  • may not be sublicensed
  • may not be shared with a business, group, or community unless expressly licensed

Any permitted username change remains subject to verification.

5.7 No Financial Return Promise

Lifetime Access is a software and research licence.

It is not:

  • an investment in Ada X Research
  • equity
  • a security
  • a profit-sharing arrangement
  • a managed account
  • a promise of financial returns
  • a guarantee that the purchase price will be recovered through trading

Pricing reflects the licence structure and limited availability, not expected trading profits.

5.8 Support Scope

Lifetime Access includes reasonable product-access support while the product is maintained.

It does not include unlimited personal assistance, bespoke development, personalised strategy design, financial advice, or permanent one-to-one coaching.
