Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, subscribing to, or using Ada X Research, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the service.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that using Ada X Research is lawful in your country or jurisdiction.

We may refuse or terminate access where required by law, by a payment provider, by a third-party platform, or where we reasonably believe that the service is being misused.

1.3 Nature of Ada X Research

Ada X Research provides educational market-research software, private dashboards, TradingView-based research tools, technical documentation, visual market interpretation, and related educational materials.

The service may include the following research layers:

  • Ada / Lovelace Architecture
  • Grace / Hopper Quantum Bridge
  • Rubin / Velocity Field
  • private field guides
  • research articles
  • chart case studies
  • product updates
  • invite-only TradingView script access

The exact features included depend on the tier or licence purchased.

1.4 Educational and Research Purpose

Ada X Research is provided solely for educational, informational, analytical, and research purposes.

It does not provide:

  • personalised financial advice
  • investment advice
  • portfolio management
  • brokerage services
  • trade execution
  • fiduciary services
  • legal or tax advice
  • guaranteed trading signals
  • guaranteed investment returns

Any market information, probability score, state classification, target, visual marker, example, or research conclusion must be independently evaluated by the user.

1.5 Licence

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Ada X Research grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased materials and software.

The licence is for your individual use only unless a separate written business or institutional licence expressly permits broader use.

You do not acquire ownership of:

  • the underlying software
  • Pine Script source code
  • methodology
  • algorithms
  • scoring systems
  • visual architecture
  • documentation
  • trademarks
  • research content
  • target-generation methods
  • internal calculations
  • proprietary terminology

1.6 TradingView Access

Where TradingView access is included:

  • access is granted to one approved TradingView username
  • you must provide the correct username
  • access may not be shared between users or accounts
  • you must maintain your own valid TradingView account
  • access remains subject to TradingView’s own terms, availability, technical limitations, and platform policies
  • Ada X Research is independent from TradingView and is not responsible for TradingView outages, account restrictions, interface changes, or policy decisions

Incorrect usernames may delay delivery.

Changing the authorised TradingView username may require identity verification and may be limited to prevent licence sharing.

1.7 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your email account, TradingView account, payment account, and any access credentials secure.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

We are not responsible for loss resulting from your failure to secure your accounts, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.8 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • redistribute private materials
  • copy or republish the guide
  • share TradingView access
  • sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your licence
  • record and distribute private training material
  • reproduce dashboard content as a competing product
  • reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct proprietary logic
  • scrape or systematically extract protected content
  • remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
  • use Ada X intellectual property to train or build a competing model or indicator
  • impersonate Ada X Research
  • make misleading claims about affiliation
  • use the service for unlawful activity
  • interfere with or attempt to bypass access controls

Screenshots may be used for personal records. Public redistribution, commercial use, publication, or promotional use requires prior written permission unless expressly permitted.

1.9 Intellectual Property

All rights in Ada X Research remain owned by [LEGAL OWNER NAME] or its licensors.

“Ada X Research,” “Lovelace Architecture,” “Hopper Quantum Bridge,” “Rubin Velocity Field,” associated logos, design systems, terminology, documentation, dashboards, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

No licence is granted beyond the limited right of use expressly stated in these terms.

1.10 Product Changes and Updates

Ada X Research is an evolving research product.

We may:

  • modify the interface
  • improve calculations
  • rename features or states
  • replace components
  • consolidate modules
  • add or remove non-essential features
  • update documentation
  • change third-party integrations
  • correct errors
  • discontinue obsolete versions

We will not intentionally remove the essential substance of a paid product without providing a reasonable replacement, remedy, or other treatment where required by applicable law.

No purchase guarantees any specific future feature unless expressly stated in writing at checkout.

1.11 Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be interrupted because of:

  • TradingView outages
  • Vercel or hosting failures
  • payment-provider issues
  • maintenance
  • software updates
  • security events
  • force majeure
  • regulatory requirements
  • third-party platform changes

Temporary interruption does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, except where required by law or where the service materially fails to conform to the agreement.

1.12 Support

Support is limited to reasonable assistance with:

  • access delivery
  • account verification
  • TradingView invitation issues
  • billing questions
  • documentation access
  • confirmed technical defects

Support does not include personalised trade analysis, investment advice, continuous coaching, or guaranteed response times unless expressly included in a purchased plan.

1.13 Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase and may include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

You authorise the payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate billing information
  • paying applicable taxes where required
  • maintaining a valid payment method for recurring plans
  • reviewing the selected plan before purchase

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals. Existing prepaid access will not be retroactively repriced.

1.14 Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • cancellation prevents the next renewal
  • access continues until the end of the paid billing period
  • unused time is not refunded
  • TradingView access may be removed after the paid term ends
  • private materials remain subject to confidentiality and non-redistribution restrictions after cancellation

Users must cancel through the customer portal or by contacting support@adaxresearch.com before the next renewal date.

1.15 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • non-payment
  • chargeback abuse
  • account sharing
  • redistribution
  • reverse engineering
  • fraud
  • unlawful conduct
  • harassment
  • intellectual-property infringement
  • violation of TradingView policies
  • material breach of these terms

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Serious misuse may result in immediate termination without refund, subject to mandatory law.

1.16 No Performance Warranty

We do not warrant that:

  • any market interpretation will be correct
  • any predicted or observed condition will resolve
  • any target will be reached
  • use will produce profits
  • losses will be avoided
  • historical examples will repeat
  • the product will suit a particular trading method
  • any specific level of performance will be achieved

Past examples are illustrative and are not evidence of future performance.

1.17 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ada X Research and its owner, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for:

  • trading losses
  • investment losses
  • lost profits
  • missed opportunities
  • indirect or consequential loss
  • emotional distress arising from trading
  • loss caused by reliance on dashboard outputs
  • loss caused by third-party platform interruption
  • user execution errors
  • unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected product during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different amount.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

1.18 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Ada X Research against losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use, unauthorised redistribution, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these terms.

This clause does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

1.19 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without depriving consumers residing in the European Economic Area or another protected jurisdiction of mandatory rights available under the laws of their habitual residence.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written communication.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using a competent consumer-protection body, alternative dispute-resolution mechanism, or court available under mandatory law.

1.20 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or product changes.

Material changes will be communicated through the website, account email, or another reasonable channel.

Changes do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights.
