A Phase 2 Delayed case shows how a bullish continuation can remain active when the bridge pauses without terminating probability.

Delay Is Not Termination
The second Hopper example sits in a Phase 2 Delayed condition. That label matters because the bridge does not treat every pause as failure. Grace holds at the threshold while Ada remains stronger at 85%, leaving the bullish continuation thesis alive but not fully accelerated.
A delayed state asks whether the market is still constructing the condition. The answer here is yes: probability remains present, but the sequence has not completed its transition yet.
Reading The Pause
In live markets, hesitation often creates cognitive noise. Hopper treats the pause as information. The model is looking for whether probability transfers forward, terminates, or waits for the next candidate state.
This example shows a delayed bridge that retains enough agreement to continue resolving after the initial hesitation.
Continuation After Compression
The after frame shows the continuation resolving in the projected direction. The sequence did not need to be immediate to remain valid. It needed to preserve the underlying probability structure while the market compressed.
That is the practical role of the Hopper layer: to distinguish delay from decay.
