A Stronger Delayed State

Case 03 also carries a Phase 2 Delayed label, but the internal scores are stronger. Grace reads 89% and Ada reads 85%, suggesting the bridge is delayed by structure rather than weakened by probability loss.

This creates a different type of research condition: the model is not chasing expansion, it is waiting for compression to finish while the probability field remains active.

Compression As Evidence
